TripTable — Group Trip HQ

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use govern your use of TripTable — Group Trip HQ ("the App"), developed by Richard Baecker ("we", "us"). By installing or using the App you agree to these terms.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services "Standard License" terms.

3. Subscriptions and one-time purchases

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm a purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate shown at confirmation.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• One-time ("lifetime") purchases apply permanently to the Apple ID used for the purchase and can be restored on any device signed into that Apple ID.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to extract its code, resell it, or use it in any way that violates applicable law or Apple's terms.

5. Health and safety disclaimer

The App is a consumer productivity/utility tool. It is not a medical device and provides no medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before making health-related decisions.

6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
