Who we are

Adhera PT ("the App") is an iOS application developed and published by Richard Baecker ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the App handles. The short version: the App keeps your data on your device.

Data the App collects

We collect none. The App contains no analytics, no tracking, no advertising, no user accounts, and does not communicate with any developer-operated server.

Adhera stores exercise programs and progress logs only on your device. With your explicit permission Adhera can read and write workouts and related metrics in Apple Health (HealthKit); that data stays on your device, is never combined with data from third parties for advertising, and is never sent to us. Camera rep-counting processes video frames live in memory only. There are no accounts, no servers and no analytics.

Purchases

Purchases of the App's optional Pro upgrade are processed entirely by Apple through App Store In-App Purchase. We never see your payment details, your identity, or your purchase history beyond anonymous aggregate sales reports provided by Apple.

Children

The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13, because it does not collect personal information at all.

Your rights

Because all data remains on your device under your control, deleting the App deletes your data. If you have questions, contact us at ror1994@gmail.com.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of the App materially changes how information is handled, we will update this page and the App Store listing before that version ships.
